Twitter has almost completed a deal with Stripe to implement in-tweet payments

Twitter seems to be ready to become a full participant in the e-commerce market . It nearly completed a deal with Stripe, which will allow the service to accept card payments directly in twitter feed.

Stripe provides merchants with API that they can implement on their websites and easily accept online credit card payments.

As a result, merchants will be able to open their online stores on a standalone platform or through the main Twitter site, eliminating the need for customers to move to the merchant website, thereby reducing bounce rates.
