A third of Europeans use mobile banking - ING survey

More than a third of European Internet users use mobile banking services, according to the ING research. Out of approximately 12,000 respondents from 12 European countries, 37% use mobile banking. Most of these respondents were in Turkey (49%), followed by Spain and the Netherlands - 44%, much lower are the figures in Romania (23%) and France (25%).

About two-thirds of all respondents (and more than three quarters of Brits) who use mobile banking, note that they control their finances much better in such a way. More than half of mobile banking users indicated that they pay their bills on time and almost do not overpay for credit.
